With a new year, comes a lot of new and exciting changes within the company, especially in our Accounting team. We are very pleased to welcome LuAnn Engelhardt, along with congratulating Amanda Braith on her new role!

LuAnn Engelhardt – LuAnn is a new addition to Parallel as of November 2015.  She has taken on the role of Accounts Payable and Office Manager.  LuAnn is responsible for entering vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.  LuAnn also takes inventory of our office supplies, submits requests for repairs for office equipment, and keeps our vehicle insurance up to date.  LuAnn is also a Notary; which always comes in handy!

Amanda Ryan

Amanda Braith – Amanda has taken on a new role at Parallel.  She is shifting focus from Accounts Payables to Accounts Receivables.  She will be working directly with the project coordinators to ensure billing is done correctly and in a timely fashion.  She will also be handling all cash receipts and past due accounts.  Amanda will continue her role in processing the weekly payroll.
